Security Protection Officer
As a Security Protection Officer, you can work in proprietary or contract positions, including working with security patrols, guarding persons or property, working with security hardware and electronic technology, access control, special events security, and securing a range of buildings, organizations, and installations. You must know how to respond to both routine security/protection issues and concerns, as well as how to assess, handle, and respond to security threats and special situations.
