Professional Responsibility
Professional Responsibility courses provide a study of the role, responsibility, and ethical standards of the legal profession, as well as rules governing other actors in the legal system. Subjects covered include confidentiality, conflict of interest, privilege, fiduciary duties, judicial bias, the disciplinary rules of professional conduct, the organized bar, grievance procedures, client relations, pro bono services, professionalism, and economics of the profession.
