Arbitrator
As an arbitrator, you will provide conflict resolution between two or more parties by finding an agreement or creating a mutual understanding that both parties can accept. Most arbitrators have a strong background in law because the career is similar to litigation and thus requires an understanding of the legal system. A career as an arbitrator may also require a good deal of traveling. Since you are the middle man, you will literally need to go back and forth between parties until they can reach an agreement.
